SPONSORSHIPS The success of BHAM is due in large part to relationships with generous Sponsors. Sponsor donations enhance the BHAM experience for our exhibitors. The following three documents are available under the Sponsorship tab for use by all exhibitors: • The INCENTIVES sheet explains what rewards are potentially available to you for securing a sponsor. • SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES explains to the potential sponsor what rewards are available to him or her in connection with each level of sponsorship. • And finally, the SPONSORSHIP FORM is a record of what is promised from the Sponsor to BHAM and from BHAM to the Sponsor. Two extra copies should be made of the original. One copy is kept by the Sponsor, one copy in sent to the Treasurer with the check, and one copy is retained by the BHAM member retaining the sponsor.
